いよいよだぞぅ｡
我が地上軍はジラーチ砂漠において､敵と主力決戦を行う｡
大規模の砂漠戦｡力対力のぶつかり合い､地上軍はここの
戦いに勝利すればもう一息だ｡
諸君には､戦線左翼で､味方地上軍の進行を阻む敵勢力の
排除を担当してもらう｡
オーシアは諸君らの双肩に期待する｡いっそう奮励努力せよ｡

本作戦名は「デザート･ブリッツ作戦」と決定された｡
ジラーチ砂漠の西部にはユークトバニア野戦飛行場が､
南部には石油関連施設が存在する｡これら二つの施設が
本作戦攻撃目標である｡
飛行場攻略は陸軍第2戦車大隊が､石油関連施設攻略は
陸軍第3戦車大隊が担当する｡
今回の任務は両地上部隊進軍の援護である｡
本作戦ではジラーチ砂漠南部全域に作戦展開するが､
全域に渡り敵守備兵力の激しい応戦が予想される｡
野戦飛行場には､新たに複数の戦車中隊が配備されたとの
情報もある｡
多勢の敵戦力に対するため､すべてを相手にしようとせず､
攻撃対象は適宜任意に判断､決定せよ｡
規定作戦時間内における一定以上の敵勢力撃破を以って､
任務の成功とみなす｡作戦開始予定時刻は本日1050時と
する｡

Briefing

Colonel Perrault

This is it, people. Our ground forces will engage in a decisive battle with the enemy's main force in the Jilachi Desert. It'll be an enormous battle. If our army wins this showdown of military might, we'll be just a hair away from total victory. You'll be responsible for neutralizing the enemy forces that are blocking our army's advance on the laft flank of the front line. Osea's relying on you, people. Don't let us down.

This mission will be referred to as "Operation Desert Britz". Yuktobania has an airfield in the western region of the Jilachi Desert and an oil facility protected by defense positions in the southern part. These two locations are the target of this operation. The second tank battalion will handle the airstrip, while the third tank battalion will capture the oil facility. Your mission is to cover both of the ground forces as they advance. This operation will unfold the coastal southern region of the Jilachi Desert as we expect fierce enemy resistance within the entire area. It's been reported that several enemy tank platoons have taken up positions around the airstrip, one of your mission targets. You'll be up against a large number of enemy forces, so choose your opponents carefully. Don't try to take on all of them. Destroying a certain number of enemy forces within your allowed time on station will be considered successful completion of the mission. "Operation Desert Britz" commences today at 1050 hours.

【デブリーフィング】

『デザート・ブリッツ作戦』は成功に終わった。
ユークトバニア軍の野戦飛行場、および石油関連施設は
地上部隊と航空部隊の連携によって完全に破壊された。
オーシア軍は作戦地帯全域において効率的に進軍を行い、
ジラーチ砂漠南部に展開していた敵勢力はほぼ壊滅状態に
陥った。
ジラーチ砂漠一帯を制圧した地上部隊は、シーニグラード
解放を目指すべく、クルイーク要塞へ向け進軍を開始した。

"Operation Desert Britz" was a success. Yuktobania's airfield and oil facilities were completely destroyed thanks to the teamwork between the air and ground forces. The Osean army is advancing quickly at all fronts and enemy forces in the southern part of the Jilachi Desert are on the verge of being annihilated. The ground forces, fresh off securing the Jilachi area of operation, have set off for Cruik fortress in their quest to liberate Cinigrad.

またしてもコイン投げなんかでオイラの任務を決めやがって。
