Almost like we are at peace again, people? Anyway, let's start the briefing. 先の大規模上陸作戦の失敗、潜水空母シンファクシの 喪失により、以来ユークトバニアの軍事活動は小康状態に ある。 しかし、小規模部隊による陸空からの侵入工作の発生は、 依然として懸念される。 2機編隊に分散し、エイカーソン・ヒルから北部沿岸に かけて哨戒活動を実施する。 エイカーソン・ヒルに至る穀倉地帯の上空は、オーシアの AA（自動防空）システムによって監視されている。 AAシステムに捕捉された適正航空機は、自動的にミサイルで 攻撃される。 AAシステムの防空空域の範囲外となるエイカーソン・ヒルの 北部沿岸を哨戒せよ。 Yuktobanian combat operations have been dormant since their failed large scale invasion and the loss of their underwater carrier Scinfaxi. However, there is still concern of a possible infiltration by small scale forces from the ground and the air. You will split into flights of two and carry out patrols in the area from Akerson Hill to the nothern coast line. The airspace above the green fields extending around the Akerson is covered by our Osean AA system. The system automatically fires missiles at any hostile aircraft it detects. Patrol the nothern coast line of Akerson Hill which is out our AA system's range. |

| 輸送機を先導し、AAシステムのレーダー警戒網の隙間を縫ってエイカーソン・ヒルまで抜けさせる。
極秘任務のため、輸送機の識別信号は登録されていない。 従って、輸送機がAAシステムに捕捉されると、味方のミサイル攻撃によって撃墜される恐れがある。 AAシステムの捕捉範囲をレーダー上に表示する。 なお、輸送機のレーダーシステムは被弾により機能を停止しており、その機動性も低下している。 輸送機がAAシステムの捕捉範囲に進入しないよう、先導を行え。 Guide the transport plane to the AA system's radar coverage and take it to Akerson Hill. The transport is on a top secret mission, so its ID signal has not been registered in the AA system's database. As a result, if the trasnport is picked up by the AA system, it may be shot down by our own missile fire. The engagement zone of this ground-based AA system is displayed on your radar. Due to combat damage, the transport's radar system is inoperable and its maneuvability restricted. Guide the plane so it stays out of the AA system's engagement zone. |
