ブリーフィング
(Colonel Perrault) やはり諸君らは疫病神のようだ。 諸君らが当サンド島基地へ復帰したとたん、この事態だ。 Agah, you people are like the plague, you know that? The moment you returned to Sand Island, this happens. サンド島の西方洋上に、ユークトバニアの艦船および 航空機からなる大編隊をレーダーが捉えた。 この大編隊は、サンド島に向かって現在接近中である。 接近中の艦船の中には強襲揚陸艇の存在も確認されている。 敵の目的は、サンド島への上陸および当基地制圧であると 推測される。 上陸部隊、艦砲射撃による基地の被害を阻止するため、 敵を排除せよ。 A large combined force of Yuktobanian vessels and aircrafts has been detected advancing in the ocean directly towards Sand Island from the west. Our intelligence has confirmed the presence of amphibious assault ships within the armed coming fleet. We believe the enemy's goal is to conduct a landing operation on Sand Island and capture this base. Close with the enemy, disrupt landing operations and suppress their naval gunfire directed at our forces ashore. (Colonel Perrault) 小官は例え地上戦となっても最後まで勇戦、この地を 敵に与えぬ所存である。 まず、諸君らはその前衛として、後顧を憂うことなく 敵上陸船団に可能な限りの打撃を与えよ。 本防衛戦は全力出動とする。 錬度を問わず、対艦攻撃可能な機は全機出撃せよ。 Even if this turns into a ground war, I am prepared to fight for this island to the thew end. As my advance guard, I want you to forget everything else, concentrate on dealing a lethal blow on the incoming enemy invasion fleet. We'll be deployed everything we've got. Launch every aircraft capable of anti-ship combat regardless of combat experience.

Chopper	久々の美声だな。どこのノド薬嘗めたお袋に　産んでもらったのか聞いてみたいぜ。 Ahh, I missed that sweet voice. Say, you get that from your mama's side of the family?
AWACS Thunderhead	私語は慎め。敵上陸第一波、方位280、　発見しだい攻撃に移れ。 Cut the chatter. First enemy wave, bearing 280 degrees. You are cleared to engage on sight.
Nagase	ひよっこたちを連れてくのは無茶だわ。 It's too risky to bring the nuggets here.
Chopper	俺もそう思う。 I'm with you on that.
Chopper Ask	どうなんだ、ブービーは？ You agree, Booby?
Chopper Yes	だろ。飛んでいるだけで　精一杯な奴らなんだぞ。 Seriously. They've got their hands full just keeping their planes in the air.
Chopper No	そうか？無駄死にを　増やすだけだと思うがな。 Really? I think it's just gonna increase the number of pointless deaths.
Chopper Mute	仕方無いとでもいいたいのか？ ...What are you saying, it can't be helped?

AWACS Thunderhead	敵艦がサンド島に向けて　砲撃を行っている。阻止せよ。　 Enemy ships are firing towards Sand Island. Stop them.
AWACS Thunderhead	強襲揚陸艦から戦闘ヘリが発進。　サンド島到達前に撃墜せよ。 Enemy assault ships are launching attack helicopters. Shoot them down before they reach Sand Island.

Chopper (pattern 1)	これはあれか、敵が成功しちゃうと、　俺たちはどうなるんだ？ So, hey, if the enemy wins here, then what happens to us?
Chopper (pattern 2)	一番近く敵に面してる俺たちの島。　真っ先に狙われるのは当然ってことか。 Our island's the closest thing to the enemy. I guess it makes sense we got attacked first.
Chopper	ちっくしょ、まずいな。 Damn, this ain't looking good.
Sand Island	こちら海岸陣地！　敵の攻撃熾烈！ The coastline is under heavy enemy attack!
Perrault	わかっておる。サンド島基地司令ペロー大佐だ。 なんとしても食い止めろ。 ここを護らなければ空の勇士たちに　顔向けが立つか！ I know, I know! All units, this is Colonel Perrault at Base Command. Do everything in your power to stop them. If you can't protect this island, what'll we tell our great heroes in the sky?!
Grimm	どうしたんでしょう。　心を入れ替えたんでしょうか。 "Great heroes?" What's with him? He's like a completely different man.
Chopper	帰ってからもあれを期待するなよ。　俺らには別の言葉が待ってると見た。 Don't expect that stuff when we get back. I bet he's got a different script for us.
AWACS Thunderhead	強襲揚陸艦からホバークラフトが発進。 Enemy assault ships are launching hovercraft.
Rookie	いよいよ実戦だ。　緊張してきた。 Finally, a real battle! I'm gettin' nervous.
Rookie	ビーマー、　ふらついているぞ。 Beamer, your plane's wavering.
Chopper	ど新人ども。　アヒルの母ちゃんに負けるなよ。 Hey, nuggets. Try to keep sight of your flight lead and don't screw it up, all right?
Sand Island	敵上陸集団と交戦中！ Engaging enemy amphibious force!
Perrault	対艦攻撃飛行隊は後顧を省みるな。　我々はここで踏みとどまって勇戦する！ Airborne attack squadron, don't worry about us. We will stand firm and fight to the end!
Grimm	泣ける台詞だ。 What a tearjorker.
Chopper	助けてほしいんなら素直に言やいいんだ。　と、こっちにもそんな暇がねえ。 Man, if he needs our help, he should just say so. Of course, not that we have the time to help right now.
Rookie	落ち着いて、冷静に。 Calm down. Keep a cool head.

Grimm	また落ちた。　ハイエルラーク基地のひよっこが。 We've lost another. Another nugget from Heierlark Base.

Yuke Landing Force	敵機が接近してくる！ Enemy planes approaching!

Chopper Yes	光が上から一直線に降ってきた。　 A beam of light fell from the sky.
Chopper No	光だ光！あれはミサイルじゃねえ！ The light! That light! That wasn't a missile!
Nagase	…アークバード！？ ...Was that the Arkbird?!
AWACS Thunderhead	軌道上からのレーザー狙撃で敵ミサイルは　消滅した。アークバードだ。頼れるぞ！ 各機、敵艦隊への攻撃を続行せよ！ Missile destroyed by a laser beam fired from orbit altitude. It's the Arkbird. We've got the Arkbird! All units, continue engaging the enemy!
Yuke Landing Force	ミサイルが消えた！　何が起こった！？ The missiles all disappeared! What's going on?!

散弾ミサイル消滅後
Anti-sub Plane	こちら対潜哨戒機ブルーハウンド。　ソノブイが潜水艦を探知。 This is the anti-sub patrol plane Blue Hound. Submarine detected by sonobuoy.
Anti-sub Plane	音紋分析シンファクシに合致。 Sound pattern analysis produces a match with the Scinfaxi.
Grimm Ask	隊長、アークバードは味方を　しっかり外してくれるでしょうか？　 Captain, do you think the Arkbird can really avoid hitting us?
Grimm Yes	照準精度は高そうですからね。 Yes, it does seem to be highly accurate.
Grimm No	本当ですか？ミサイルを　射抜く精度なんですよ。 Really? But it's accurate enough to shoot down a missile.

Sand Island	こちらサンド島。　水際戦闘激戦中！ This is Sand Island Base Defense. Intense fighting along the coastline!
Sand Island	これ以上敵が増えたら防御できない！ We can't hold out much longer!
AWACS Thunderhead	やむをえん。敵ミサイルの合間を縫ってでも　対艦攻撃を続行せよ！ We have no choice. Just weave through the missiles and continue attacking the ships!
Chopper	「やむをえん」であの中に　飛び込めっていうのかよ！馬鹿野郎！ Oh, yeah, just weave through the missiles? What are you, nuts?

敵上陸艦隊が壊滅するまで（適時、またはランダムで発生）
Nagase	今のうちに　散弾ミサイル発射点の割出しを。 Calculate the launch point of the burst missile while we still have time.
Nagase	他の味方部隊の　状況を確認中。 Checking status of other allied squadrons.
Nagase	敵の混乱にまぎれて攻撃する。 I'll slip in amongst the bad guys and attack them while they're confused.
Chopper	シーソーゲームだ！どんどん兵器が　派手になっていく。ついて行けん！ We just keep going back and forth with bigger and fancier weapons. I can't keep up!
Chopper	あんなものを俺はくらいたくない。 Man, I'd hate to be on the receiving end of that...
Chopper	畜生、また形勢逆転されてんじゃねぇか。 n, look, they're gaining the upper hand again.
敵上陸艦隊が壊滅（大型艦計10隻を撃沈）
Arkbird	こちらアークバード。　対潜哨戒機ブルーハウンドへ。 Blue Hound, this is Arkbird.
Arkbird	ソノブイ・データのリンクを要請。 Requesting sonobuoy data link.
Anti-sub Plane	待て。新しいソノブイを投入する。 Stand by. We're dropping a new sonobuoy.
Nagase	残った部隊は再結集を。　攻撃の布陣を整えて。 All remaining squadrons, rejoin into attack formation.
Nagase	また敵の残存部隊が　勢いを増してる。 The remaining enemy forces are regaining their momentum.
Arkbird	こちらアークバード。　対潜哨戒機ブルーハウンドへ。 ソノブイ・データはまだか？ Blue Hound, this is Arkbird. Is that sonobuoy data available yet?
Anti-sub Plane	了解、今送る。どうするんだ？ Roger, we're sending it now. What are you going to do?
Arkbird	発射カウントダウン。　5、4、3、2、1。 Countdown to firing. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...

Nagase	大きい…。 It's huge...
AWACS Thunderhead	敵潜は潜航不能に陥った模様。　各機、攻撃せよ。 Looks like it's lost diving ability. It's floating like a cork. All units, commence attack.
Yuke Landing Force	シンファクシ浮上！　損傷した模様！ The Scinfaxi's surfacing! It appears to be damaged!
Anti-sub Plane	敵潜より、艦載機発艦中。 Aircraft launching from enemy submarine.
AWACS Thunderhead	了解、ブルーハウンド、待避せよ。　ウォードッグ、可能であれば敵機を攻撃せよ。 Roger, Blue Hound, stand by. Wardog, engage the enemy aircraft if you see an opportunity.
シンファクシが散弾ミサイルを発射（各回共通）

Chopper	いい加減終わらせないとマズいぞ。 We gotta end this soon, or we'll be in trouble.

1発目の散弾ミサイルが炸裂
Nagase	まるで悪魔の伝説と符合するようなこの敵。　そんなはずはない。そんなはずはない！ It's like this enemy came straight out of the demon legends. That can't...It can't be!
Grimm Ask	ここで叩いておけば、戦況を　覆すことができそうですね。隊長。 If we can sink it here, you think we'll be able to turn the tide of battle, Captain?
Grimm Yes	ここずっと押されっぱなしですからね。 I hope so. We've been on the defensive for a while now.
Grimm No	しかし、かなりの大物ですよ。 But this sub plays a vital role in their war efforts.

Nagase	とどめがまだ刺せていない。 We haven't finished it off yet.

Nagase	接近する。　対空砲火に注意！ We're approaching the vessel. Watch out for anti-aircraft fire!
Chopper	バケモンが…正体を現しやがったな。 So...the demon's finally revealed itself.
Chopper	でけぇ。例のミサイルの発射基地なだけはある。 Damn, it's huge. I guess it has to be, to launch missiles like those.
Chopper	対空砲火を撃ち上げてくる。　気をつけろ！ They're throwing intense anti-aircraft fire up at us. Watch out!
Chopper	あの黒い奴、とんでもない攻撃力だ。 That black hunk of metal's got a ton of firepower behind it.
Chopper	浮上しても強い潜水艦なんて。　サギだな。 I can't believe this sub is still that powerful even after it's surfaced. This can't be fair.
Chopper	まだ生きてるぞ！ It's still alive!
Chopper	まだ来るか？！ They're still coming?!
Chopper	敵上陸軍の相当数を破壊した。　…いや、訂正。まだそれなりに残っている。 We've destroyed most of the enemy landing force...no, correction, there's still a fair amount left.
Grimm	こんな大きい潜水艦ってアリですか！ How can a submarine that large even exist?!

デブリーフィング

アークバードの戦線への投入が成功した。サンド島への 上陸部隊は撃退され、基地制圧を阻止することができた。 アークバードからの援護攻撃の下、最大級の脅威であった 潜水空母シンファクシは撃破された。 その支援戦力を失ったユークトバニアの残存部隊は撤退した。 なお、本戦闘において失われた飛行部隊の人員補充に 関しては、中央に要請中である。 The Arkbird was successfully employed over the forward edge of the battle area. The enemy amphibious force attacking Sand Island was repelled and their invasion plan halted. The underwater carrier Scinfaxi, a lethal enemy threat, was engaged and destroyed by the superior firepower of the Arkbird. Having lost the support of the Scinfaxi, the remaining Yuktobanian forces retreated. Furthermore, we are requesting reinforcements from Central Command to replace our squadron members lost in combat.
