ＩＳＡＦを長く苦しめてきた巨人兵器ストーンヘンジを攻撃する。 隕石を打ち落とす目的で作られたシステムなので、高速で移動し軌道の予測が困難な少数の戦闘機なら接近できる。 亡命した技術者たちからの情報によると、中央のジャミング装置がミサイルの誘導を妨害している。 これを破壊せねば、作戦遂行は困難だろう。 司令部では出撃機の４０％損失を覚悟している。困難な作戦だが、避けては通れぬ道だ。 大陸の空を取り戻せ。以上。 We will attack Stonehenge, the lethal weapon that has plagued ISAF for so long. Since it was designed to shoot down asteroids, a few small fighters flying unpredictable high-speed courses should be able to get within range. According to the defectors, its central ECM jamming disrupts our radar and missile guidance systems. Unless this system is destroyed, our mission will be very difficult to execute. HQ predicts a 40% casualty rate for all deployed aircraft. It'll be a tough mission, but one we can't avoid. Now go and reclaim the skies over the mainland! Dismissed! |
